Beautiful views, relaxing lobby with fireplace, comfortable bed, spacious rooms and bathroom, polite staff. Easily accessible from Egnatia Highway. Kids playroom available, but understaffed. Excellent cleanliness, professional staff, and great spa experience with attention to detail. Breathtaking views, excellent restaurant with delicious local food and wine. Rich breakfast with fresh Greek produce. Spacious and well-decorated common spaces. Wonderful e-bike tour experience with Lefteris. Highly recommend.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning view of the snow-capped mountains and fresh air that we breathed in every morning. the two complimentary facts offered by the hotel were a big plus, and we totally appreciate the gesture. the location of the hotel was great, as we wanted a relaxing getaway from the city's busy life.

The hotel was not wheelchair-friendly, as there were a few stairs in the entrance. the property was a bit far from the city center, taking about 15 minutes by car, which may not be favorable for some guests.

Located in the mountains of Metsovo, this hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The winding road to the top of the mountain adds to the sense of adventure. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies to enjoy the breathtaking view. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious and the facilities, such as the gym and spa, are top-notch.

The indoor pool was beautiful, but the nearby jacuzzi was too cold to fully enjoy.

As vegetarians, we were delighted to find a superb restaurant with excellent dinner and breakfast options. The Gurme dinner was top-notch, with exceptional quality ingredients. The breakfast was also exceptional, with fresh and delicious options. The staff in the restaurant were polite, making our dining experience even better. The elegant atmosphere and amazing view from the terrace added to the overall dining experience. The hotel truly catered to our vegetarian needs and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It felt like we were part of the hotel family, and we have no complaints.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel located in the forested hills with stunning views. Our room was spacious and well, decorated. the service was impeccable, with friendly and quick staff. We enjoyed the breakfast that had a nice variety and generous portions. the hotel provided exclusive amenities including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a sun terrace that we made good use of. the restaurant also had outstanding food with a great selection of dishes. Our personal needs were fulfilled luxuriously.

The gym was not well, lit, and some air conditioning vents didn't work well, making our work, out a bit unpleasant.
