Stayed here for 1 night prior to heading out to Halong Bay, then returned for 2 more nights. The hotel is located in a quiet spot within easy walking distance to anywhere in the old quarter. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The room rates were excellent, especially considering the value for money. The hotel provided free WiFi and cooked-to-order breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for a good night's sleep in the heart of the old quarter.

During our recent stay at The Queen Hotel & Spa, we were delighted by its prime location in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently situated near popular attractions such as the bustling Dong Xuan market and the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake, both of which are within a short 7-minute walking distance. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and make the most of our time in Hanoi.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area, just off enough from the main sites to provide a quiet and peaceful environment. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities including a flat screen TV and refrigerator. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day.

There is no dustbin in the room, which can be a bit inconvenient.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to popular tourist attractions and vibrant nightlife. Another plus point was the helpful and friendly staff, who provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the spacious rooms with comfortable beds made for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

One downside was the lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom, which resulted in water spilling onto the floor. It would have been more convenient if this was addressed.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was fantastic and it made exploring the city incredibly easy. We were within walking distance of all the main tourist spots, and there were plenty of restaurants and night markets nearby. Additionally, the hotel was situated near the famous Hoan Kiem Lake and the only mosque in Hanoi, which was a unique cultural experience.

Good location for central business district with plenty of food choices nearby. Breakfast is included and includes both Western and Vietnamese options.

Rooms are very small, with little space to move around. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy.
