I had the most amazing time on my business trip to Indochina Sails. The location was perfect - we cruised through Ha Long Bay, passing by other tour boats, and eventually arrived at a secluded beach which was beautiful. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the boat was breathtaking.

The lack of wifi was a slight inconvenience.

As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and well taken care of by the friendly staff. The excursions were well organized and the activities were enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday special with a cake and a beautiful present. The cabin was comfortable and the bathroom luxurious. The food was delicious with a great happy hour deal. The whole experience was wonderful and highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, offering stunning views of the bay and a secluded beach, perfect for relaxation. Guests can also enjoy activities such as kayaking and sailing in the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-appointed amenities. The staff provides exceptional service, being friendly and attentive. The meals served, including set menus and buffet options, offer a delicious array of seafood.

The pricing of alcohol on the cruise is high and there are locals in boats selling it at much better prices.

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable and enjoyable. The attention to detail and level of service was exceptional. The boat itself felt like a luxurious 5-star hotel, and we were treated like VIPs throughout our stay. The squid fishing activity was so much fun, and we even got to see some jellyfish swim by. The views from the boat were breathtaking, even during the rainy weather. We also appreciated being able to explore less crowded parts of the bay during our 3 days 2 nights cruise. The food served was delicious, although we would have liked more traditional Vietnamese options. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious van picked us up on time, friendly reception at port, pleasantly surprised by decorated junk boat, amazing views and sundeck, variety of delicious dishes.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The food was fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable. The view from our room was stunning and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. We really enjoyed the day trips which gave us a chance to see more of the area. Another great aspect of our stay was the free shuttle service to and from the airport which was very convenient.

One thing that bothered us during our stay was the large crowds at some of the attractions nearby. This detracted from the natural beauty of the area and made it difficult to fully appreciate.

The hotel also offered a range of activities and entertainment, including tai chi at sunrise and trips to viewpoints and the sea, ensuring there was always something fun to do.

From the moment we booked our stay, this hotel made our experience one of luxury and comfort. The exclusive amenities in our room made us feel like royalty - from the jacuzzi to the private facilities, everything was top-notch. The spa centre and massage services were beyond exquisite and helped us relax after a busy day. The restaurant offered in-room breakfast and delicious special diet menus personalized to our liking. The sun terrace was magnificent and provided a breathtaking view of the beach. We were constantly entertained by live performances by a Karaoke artist at the bar.

One minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of beach access. Although the beach umbrellas and beachfront view were enjoyable from a distance, it would have been more convenient to have direct access to the water.

The highlight of our trip was the amazing boat and friendly staff. The rooms were beautiful with balconies and stunning bathrooms. The food was exceptional and there were plenty of day trips and breathtaking scenery. The organization even helped us arrange transportation to our next destination. Thank you Indochina Sails for a magical experience!
