My recent stay at Intercontinental Nha Trang, recommended by my director for a business trip, was truly exceptional. the staff provided top-notch services and went above and beyond to ensure a relaxing experience. the ocean view suite was breathtaking, and the facilities, including the pool, private beach, and day spa, were all in a class of their own. the general manager, Philip Beriman, and his exceptional team deserve high praise for creating a faultless experience that stands out among other beachfront hotels in Nha Trang.

The staff at Intercontinental were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. One standout experience was when the GM personally welcomed us and upgraded our room to a suite. We were impressed by the spaciousness and modern design of the suite, especially the cleverly designed bathroom with fold-away walls. The breakfast selection on the first floor was extensive, offering both Western and Eastern options, and the head chef took the time to engage in conversation with us. The club lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, where we enjoyed great wine, cheese, and stunning beach views. Additionally, the hotel provided excellent transportation services, picking us up from the airport in a luxurious air-con car with cold towels, water, and even in-car WIFI. our stay at Intercontinental was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful staff, great location, and top-notch services.

The location of the hotel was excellent and convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. the beach was just a short walk away, which allowed for plenty of water activities.

Despite the great location and comfortable rooms, a few issues hindered my experience. some of the staff did not seem very welcoming or friendly.

Cons the only minor issue I encountered was the lack of available beach umbrellas and sun loungers which made it difficult to relax in the sun. this did not significantly detract from my overall experience at this hotel.
