The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city. It's close to the walking street and other major attractions like Ben Thanh market, Le Loi Street, and Dong Khoi street. You can easily explore the city on foot. The staff at this hotel are friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. They are always ready to help and provide information about the city. The basic amenities in the rooms are of good quality. The beds are big and comfortable, and everything in the room works perfectly, including the TV, fridge, and air conditioning.

There is a restaurant right next door to the hotel, providing easy access to meals. Despite being close to the walking street, it is still quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered is light and simple, but satisfying.

One downside is that the balcony may not be usable due to the aircon units from other rooms blowing hot air.

I spent my Xmas in a hotel near a lively area, and I loved how easily accessible everything was, from amazing eateries to fantastic cafes and bars. the place was located on a quiet alley, and I slept like a baby every night. the staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge to keep drinks chilled.

The lighting in the room was a bit annoying; some of the bulbs shone directly onto the bed, making it hard to sleep when other guests were moving around.

The staff, especially Chloe and Daniel, were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities, including a safe big enough for a tablet. The view from the room was beautiful. Great location with plenty of local food options, tour agencies, and nightlife nearby. The staff, despite a slight language barrier, were still friendly and willing to assist. The soap in the shower had a great scent. worth the money paid for.
