This hotel offers great value for money with basic amenities and a friendly staff. Its location in the Old Quarter is ideal for walking to nearby attractions and enjoying local food options just outside the door. The rooms are clean and come with nice touches like rose petals, balloons, and great views, including a large balcony and terrace at La Selva. The breakfast is delicious and comes with a view of the city.

Loved the personalized birthday surprise - balloons, roses, and a special cake! The staff went above and beyond to make it special. Great location, close to the old quarter and the lake. The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. Excellent ensuite and quiet air conditioning. Breakfast had a good variety of Western and Vietnamese dishes.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Selva during our trip, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The attic breakfast area on the upper floor was a delightful spot to start our day. The staff, especially Rosie, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rosie helped us book tickets to the puppet show and even organized storage for our luggage while we went on a two-day trip to Halong Bay. The bottomless breakfast was amazing, and the staff even packed us some food for our day trip. Despite the small bathroom, everything was clean and well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is relatively close to the airport and all popular attractions, as well as great eating and drinking venues. It is also conveniently situated in the center of the action in the old quarter, just down the street from Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are clean and well-decorated, with nice touches like fresh flower petals on the bed. The staff provide excellent service, offering helpful suggestions and organizing transportation. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including Vietnamese specialties. the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great amenities.

The in-room wifi can be intermittent and slow at times.

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. the location was also great as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.

The room itself was a bit small and lacked natural light, making it feel a little cramped. the shower was difficult to control and tended to go from hot to cold.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations and assistance when needed. the breakfast on the top floor was delicious and had a good variety of choices. the shower in the room was powerful and refreshing.

The rooms were a bit worn down and could use some maintenance. the pictures of the rooms online were not completely accurate, as the actual rooms had some scuffs, stains, and chipped paint.

We had an amazing experience at La Selva in the Old Quarter. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room to find "Happy Birthday" written with red rose petals on the bed. It truly made our stay special. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We highly recommend La Selva for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.
