Our recent stay at Sandton Sun And Towers was fantastic. The facilities were impeccable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were impressed with the daily turn-down service and the extra touches like Nespresso pods and Lindt chocolates. The concierge service and valet parking were top-notch, making our stay even more convenient. The hotel's health club was also a great feature, and being close to the shopping center was a bonus. we had a wonderful experience at Sandton Sun And Towers.

Drawbacks: Although our stay was excellent, we did notice that the breakfast service was a bit slow. Additionally, some areas of the hotel, such as the bathrooms, could use some updating.

Car parking service and extended check-out time provided, ensuring a convenient stay. Spa facilities provided a relaxing experience for my wife. Overall good experience, would happily stay again in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with access to a luxury shopping mall right on site. The staff were the friendliest we have encountered, always going above and beyond to assist us. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to the Sandton shopping centre, Santon City, and Gautrain. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared food.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel located near a modern, enclosed pedestrian bridge that connects to an entertainment hub. It's also close to the central business district and offers excellent service. Our room was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was well-equipped, and the breakfast spread was amazing. The hotel had plenty of facilities, including an outdoor pool, massage facility, and great views from the terrace.

The room we stayed in faced the road, and it could get noisy at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was so impressive that even during a layover with a 12-hour wait for my flight, I booked a room just to relax and unwind before my 11-hour journey. It was absolutely worth it!

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with its exclusive amenities that met our needs perfectly. the professional service provided at the Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations, especially the invigorating full body massage that left us rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the warm sun and relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service we received at the restaurant, where it took longer than expected for our food to arrive. the delicious dishes and variety of options on the Special diet menus made up for the wait.

Finally stayed at Sandton Sun And Towers after wanting to for a long time. Stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. the breakfast was delicious and the service was very good. the sun deck was great, although the music was a bit too loud. the location was brilliant, just a short walk from the G train. the highlight was the fantastic shower and the welcoming and accommodating service from the lady server Roeylene during breakfast.

Nothing to complain about at all. 😊

The hotel was a delight to stay in! the rooms were spacious and comfortable with an excellent working desk and well-lit atmosphere. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every step, making every effort to make us feel welcome. the restaurant had an extensive and delicious selection of both hot and cold dishes for breakfast. I especially enjoyed the USB plugins by the bed, which were very convenient for charging my devices. the location was perfect, providing easy access to everything we wanted to do.

That there were a few minor maintenance issues with the room, but the staff was quick to address them, and they didn't interfere with our overall experience.

I recently stayed at Sandton Sun in Johannesburg for a business trip. The hotel is very well located and has a spacious lobby. The on-site restaurant is fantastic and the bathroom was clean. The beds provided excellent sleep quality and the bath water pressure was unlike anything I've experienced before. The staff, especially the front desk manager and her team, were incredibly cooperative and supportive. Breakfast was served Ala-Cart with a fantastic variety. an excellent stay from start to finish.
