Its location right in the center of the old quarter was perfect for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking care of all my needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the city.

The spa left much to be desired, especially considering the price.

The welcome drink served by the friendly front desk staff was a nice touch. Even though the room was not very large, it was clean, well-furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore the city as you're maximum 15 minutes walk away from anywhere you want to go. It's right in the Hanoi action, situated on a busy central street, but still an oasis of calm and cool in the bustling Old Quarter. The service and room amenities are excellent. We were impressed with the welcome drink, car and bicycle hire services, and the hotel shuttle which was very affordable. The staff were super attentive and helpful, providing tours/ticket assistance, housekeeping, and laundry services. All the rooms come with free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar, sitting area, dressing area, and in-room safe. We opened the windows, enjoyed the view of the city and let the fresh air in.

This venue is perfect for families and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Amazing stay in the heart of the city! We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary sparkling wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the city and taking romantic walks. We also enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terrace with breathtaking city views.

The limited space in the rooms and lack of luggage storage. It was a bit challenging navigating around with our suitcases.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Vietnam. The staff at the hotel were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even remembered us from our previous visit and had a personalized welcome note waiting for us on our bed. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the option for airport transfer at a reasonable rate. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future.
