The room decor is tasteful, and the bathroom facilities are satisfactory. The hotel offers a comfortable visit with two sofas in the room and a proper mini fridge. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they are willing to assist in getting taxis or providing recommendations for nearby attractions.

There were some issues with the shower in Room 901, as the water pressure was weak, resulting in a lengthy shower time.

The staff, especially the bellman Yohnny, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Reunification Palace and within easy access to various bars, restaurants, and massage parlors. The street food counters just 50 meters away offered the best local food, a real treat for us.

For our Christmas experience, we were offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was also a huge plus, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. We loved the rooftop terrace, which offered beautiful views of the city skyline and a great place to relax.

It was small and cramped, with hardly any space to move around. the breakfast was also a letdown, with limited options and overcrowded dining area.

We enjoyed the welcome drink and the delicious breakfast that had a lot of choices. The leisure spa center and sauna were a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel amenities were exceptional, with a beautiful jacuzzi on the 10th floor and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options.
