This hotel fulfills all my luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities like a Spa & Wellness Centre, Sauna, Massage and Hot Spring Bath. the garden area is beautiful, and the open-air bath offers a relaxing experience with stunning lake views. the restaurant serves delicious food, with special diet menus also available.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the hotel allows smoking in all the rooms in one wing, which may not be ideal for those sensitive to cigarette smoke. the rooms are lovely and clean, with private facilities and great views.

Had an amazing Christmas experience with family. the buffet was great with a wide variety of food, both Eastern and Western cuisine, and multiple bath facilities which were well equipped. the location was perfect with plenty of shops around and stunning views of the lake.

The rooms were a bit small for our liking, and there were some disturbances at night that woke us up, which was not pleasant. However, overall, the experience was enjoyable and rejuvenating.

A perfect location with stunning views of the Akan lake and beautiful walks by the lakeside. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Kushiro bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and private bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service with their polite and friendly attitude. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious dishes to start your day off right.

The parking situation at the hotel seems to be inconvenient, with guests having to park their cars at a remote location and then take a shuttle bus to retrieve them.
