The room at KK Sapa Hotel was absolutely stunning, with a large comfortable bed and beautiful linen. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the gym and pool were top-notch. The customer service was excellent, with the managers being very accommodating and willing to sort out any issues. The food was also delicious, especially when they offered the buffet. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Sa Pa. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the town center and other restaurants outside. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the balcony. The bathroom was fabulous and the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a large choice of local and western food. The hotel had great facilities, such as a gym and swimming pool. it was a wonderful experience.

That the restaurant and receptions were not heated, so it was quite cold everywhere.

During our Easter vacation, we spent a few nights at a hotel in the mountainous region of Vietnam. the hotel provided a comfortable stay, with modern and spacious rooms, as well as an indoor swimming pool and billiards table. We were also impressed by the beautiful view of the valley and city from our room. the hotel's location was ideal, as it had a backdoor entrance that led to the town center, which made it very convenient to explore the local area.

The staff at the reception were unwelcoming and did not seem to offer much assistance or hospitality. We requested an early check-in and were informed that the hotel was fully booked, but later discovered that room availability was actually still quite open.

The hotel's location is perfect, with convenient access to all attractions. The architecture is impressive and elegant, giving the hotel a unique charm. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the mountainous region. It exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and exclusive amenities. the staff's impeccable service and willingness to assist with our leisure and travel needs impressed us. the indoor swimming pool was refreshing, and the spacious room with a beautiful panorama view provided a comfortable haven. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the hotel's competitive F&B prices. the warm and welcoming atmosphere gave us the feeling of coming back to our own mountain home retreat.

Nonetheless, the hotel's private facilities such as its sun terrace and spa & wellness centre provided ample relief and comfort.
