We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, situated in a very beautiful area with a river running down the front and opposite a beach. The hotel facilities are top-notch, from the stunning gardens and ponds with fishes, to the superb spa and refreshing pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast service was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food options.

The rooms are well-equipped with high-class fixtures and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. The staff provides excellent service, being friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The resort also offers facilities such as swimming pools and a spa, adding to the overall luxury of the stay.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the availability of certain menu items in the restaurant.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. the staff at reception were always friendly and helpful, assisting us with tour bookings. the continental breakfast had a great selection. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely pool nearby. the location was peaceful yet close to the beach and restaurants. the staff's enthusiasm to practice English was impressive considering the challenges Vietnam has faced recently.

Spent Christmas at a five-star resort and it was amazing! the staff was so friendly and helpful, and they had a great breakfast selection. the location was also perfect as it was near the beach and had stunning views. I also enjoyed the shuttle service they offered to the nearby Old Town.

The Christmas Eve party's menu could have been better. They served Western food which was a bit questionable, and the menu was confused.

The location of the resort is perfect, as it is close to the beach and only a short distance from the bustling town. You can easily hop on the courtesy bus or take a quick taxi ride to explore the vibrant city or enjoy the local delicacies at the nearby restaurant.

One downside is that the power outages can be a bit inconvenient, although the staff quickly resolves the issue.

the Spa & wellness centre provided an indulgent full body massage, complete with a relaxing Spa lounge and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for soaking up the sun on the sun terrace. Beach access and beach umbrellas made for a perfect day by the ocean. the outstanding restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and outdoor dining area.

The only minor issue was the limited entertainment options in the leisure/ TV room. the private facilities in the room provided a comfortable and exclusive stay.
