The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a modern style. The staff were incredibly helpful and well trained. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary dinner, which was served like fine dining. The hotel's location, although not in the city center, was quiet and peaceful. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet offering delicious bacon, omelettes, and a variety of Vietnamese dishes. the location was perfect, situated near a lovely lake with easy access to local shops and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area.

The hotel room was not up to par. the room was not very clean and there were various maintenance issues such as broken lights and a non-functional TV.

Super fast check-in, spacious executive suite, comfortable bed and furniture, helpful staff with limited English, pleasant and quiet hotel.
