Amazing Christmas vacation with friends! the hotel was in a great location near delicious restaurants to try local food. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond.

Only one small complaint, the reception staff wanted to keep our passports to secure payment which was unnecessary and made us uncomfortable. Would have preferred if they had asked for payment upon check-in instead.

The value for money at Lavender Riverside was great, with a spacious room and even an extra double bed. The location was convenient, close to Han Market and easy for Grab drivers to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two receptionists who spoke English.

lavender exceeded my expectations during my day tour in da nang. the staff were excellent and helped me navigate the city. the room was big, clean, and had a comfy bed. the breakfast had a delicious variety. overall, a great experience.
