The staff, especially Hannah and Lee, were so friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the pool was a great spot to relax, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the location was perfect, being between the Old Town and the beaches, giving us plenty of options for activities.

There were a few hiccups during our stay. the cleaning team left my room door unlocked, which was a serious security concern.

Just had the best stay at Lip Lip Pool Villa in Hoi An. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for tours and places to eat. the free walking tour led by Bao was the highlight of our trip. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and coffee shops, and they even offer free bikes for easy access to town and the beach. the pool was a refreshing oasis in the hot weather. our best stay in Vietnam so far!
