Lucky 3 Hotel & Travel provided a wonderful experience. the location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants for every taste. the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist in any situation. They even offered a complimentary luggage storage service. the hotel provided ample information and the breakfast served was delicious. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of the staff.

The hotel has everything you need in walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the old Quarter and discovering the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved the balcony overlooking the main street. The breakfast, served on the top floor with a nice view of the city, was substantial and included in the tariff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of the city, within walking distance to the train station. The location was perfect as it allowed easy access to the market and other attractions. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, always ready to help and with a warm smile. The rooms were comfortable, with all the basic amenities and a lovely balcony. The showers were great, providing a refreshing experience. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the home-made jam. And to top it all off, the hotel also had a roof-top bar where guests could relax and enjoy the view.

They answered all of my questions about Hanoi and even assisted me with currency exchange. the room itself was clean and equipped with everything I needed. While the double room was slightly smaller than I expected, the bed was comfortable. the hotel also offered a breakfast buffet with a variety of Vietnamese and Western options. If you're not a fan of eggs or bread, the choices may be limited, but overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
