Rooms are small but tastefully designed. Staff is excellent, always helpful. Convenient location near major attractions. Nearby famous restaurant. Good breakfast.

During our romantic escape, we were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade to a beautiful and spacious room. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and offered us a delicious cup of tea upon arrival. We appreciated their service-oriented attitude and willingness to take in our recommendations for improvement. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions, and we were pleased to find an elevator in the building.

While most of the staff were delightful, one employee attempted to deceive us about room rates and an upgrade in an effort to get us to stay longer. We did not appreciate this and found their behavior to be unprofessional. Additionally, the hotel did not offer breakfast on-site, and directed us to an unmanned coffee bar on the roof instead. Despite these negative experiences, overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the many positive aspects of the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi's old neighborhood. The hotel is located in a side alley off one of the main roads in the old quarter, making it a convenient and nice area to explore. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a colonial style, with super chilly air conditioning to beat the heat. The hotel also provided all the basic amenities I needed, including breakfast, for the most affordable prices.

All was great, no complaints at all!
