The cruise ship we booked was changed to a different one. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The excursions were fun and suitable for all ages. it was a fantastic experience.

The location of the cruise in the bay area allowed for breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. Guests had ample opportunities to relax and take in the beauty of the UNESCO world heritage site. The spacious and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay, with friendly staff like Tom and Lucky going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

One negative aspect was the lack of attention to certain guests, with announcements being made early in the morning that disrupted sleep for others onboard.

I was initially booked for Madeleine Cruises, but I was upgraded to Le Theatre Cruises due to a lack of passengers. The room I had on Le Theatre Cruises was absolutely amazing. It was spacious with a large balcony, a comfortable king bed, and all the amenities I needed. The bathroom had double sinks, a separate shower, and a bath. The food on the cruise exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast and lunch. The activities offered were enjoyable and the staff, particularly Tom, our tour guide, were friendly and attentive. I had a great time on the cruise.

I must mention the issue with the condition of Ha Long Bay. It was disheartening to see the bay full of rubbish and the water polluted with oil.
