This hotel exceeded all my expectations with its lavish and exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable with staff who were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist in any way possible. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and garden area provided a perfect place to relax and unwind. the restaurant served delicious meals with an exceptional breakfast in-room option. I also appreciated the private facilities, such as the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi.

I encountered only a minor issue where the TV in my room was not functioning, but the hotel staff resolved it promptly.

Great location in a safe area with friendly staff who knew our names and offered assistance with our late return flight. the food was fantastic, with lots of fresh options and vegetarian choices. the spacious and clean rooms had extra toiletries and a great coffee machine.

The hotel did not live up to our expectations as it looked much better in the pictures. we experienced slow and unprofessional customer service which was not worth the high price we paid per night.

Our stay at Gigiri Lion Villas was fantastic. The breakfast was completely bespoke, and the staff went out of their way to provide anything we wanted. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable. We also appreciated the friendly service and timely food after our safari. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
