We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything that we needed. It was so convenient to book an Uber and get to District 1 inexpensively. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was top-notch, with the friendly host going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the rooftop pool, which had stunning views of the city. a great choice for families!

That the nearest big supermarket was a bit far away, but there was a convenient store nearby for any immediate needs.

As a budget traveler, I found the facilities at Mayla Saigon Downtown Rooftop Pool to be top-notch. The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable and kind, making me feel like I was at home. I received a warm welcome message from Mai, who stayed in touch with me throughout my stay to ensure I was comfortable. The lobby offered a warm reception and a detailed introduction to the facility. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a beautiful night view of the city and river. The hotel even upgraded my room to a two-bedroom and added a sofa-bed for free. Attention to detail was evident as the air conditioner was already turned on when I arrived. The hotel staff even kindly warned us about motor robberies, showing their commitment to guest safety. The convenience of having two convenience stores on the first floor of the hotel was also a plus.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing too much trouble.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the fully equipped apartment with a great view, air conditioning, hot water, and a washing machine. The two convenient stores on the ground floor and the taxis lining up right in front made our stay very pleasant.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.
