The location was fantastic, close to Old Town, making it easy to explore. the hotel had a beautiful and stylish design with preserved original features. Customer service was top-notch, with a warm and attentive staff making us feel welcome.

Communication could have been better regarding early check-in requests. the room lacked TV dinner tables, making it a bit inconvenient to eat comfortably.

Visited Exchange Sacramento for a getaway and stayed for two nights. Newly renovated building offered a clean room with in-room coffee. Bed was just right for a great sleep. Friendly staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Convenient central location near dining and entertainment spots. Loved the stylish decor and comfortable amenities. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself is stunning, from the beautiful lobby to the historical vibe of the stairwell. The staff, including the valet team, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine in my room to celebrate my anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Old Town and all its attractions. Plus, the hotel is right by the freeway exit, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room was comfortable and the cooling system worked well, which was crucial during the summer heat. I also appreciated the breakfast being delivered to my door hot and ready to eat.

The hotel lacks a few basic amenities, such as microwaves in the rooms and bathtubs.

The hotel was in walking distance to all the tourist hotspots and shopping, making it super convenient. Although on a busy street, the soundproofed room kept out all the traffic noise. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.
