We recently stayed at this hotel and we were extremely impressed with our experience. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and available 24/7, providing excellent service from the front desk to the bar counter, pool. The bed and pillow were of exceptional quality, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The pool had a great view and was always clean. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of dining options available. this place offered incredible value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel, situated just a short 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach. The rooms were spacious and functional, with a fantastic view of the town and sea from our 17th-floor room. The staff were highly professional and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, satisfying all our cravings. Additionally, the hotel had a large pool, perfect for a refreshing swim after a day at the beach.

The staff were unable to provide recommendations for local activities and places to visit, which left us feeling a bit lost in terms of experiencing the local culture.

The hotel had modern decor and great hospitality. the staff were very friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide range of options from Western to Asian cuisine. the location was great as it was near the beach and had a beautiful view of the city.

Service with regard to the use of towels was not up to par, clear explanation on how the TV worked was needed and the swimming pool could be cleaner. the hotel was a bit far away from the center and the noise levels at times were high.

Our stay at Malibu was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with ordering a taxi and shuttle. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of local and international dishes. The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel.
