My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were modern, cozy, and immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a well-stocked minibar in the room and a Nespresso Pro coffee maker. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the outlet mall and surrounded by nice restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

This place exceeded all of my expectations! The location is fantastic, with easy access to the outlet shopping center and close proximity to everything in town. I loved being able to stroll along the river and admire the view from the nice bridge nearby. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available whenever you need it. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and comfortable beds are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Had an amazing time during my Xmas stay at this boutique hotel. the decor and design were impeccable, definitely nicer and more luxurious than home! the location was perfect, situated in the beautiful center of town facing the canal, and just a short walk from the designer village. the breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of options to start the day off right.

There was no night staff available, or at least none that I saw until 7am. This made me feel a bit uneasy for security reasons, and it would have been nice to have someone at reception in case of any issues.
