I had a fantastic stay at Meritel. The lobby area was already beautiful, but the addition of real books and fresh flowers would have made it even more delightful. The hotel team, from the General Manager to the housekeeping staff, went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable experience. The room was beautifully appointed with luxurious amenities, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The rooftop bar, pool, and workout room were amazing, and the city view from the room was breathtaking. The location was also convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its attention to detail, friendly staff, and exceptional service.

Although the room was spacious and comfortable, the pillows were too soft, affecting my sleep quality. Additionally, the room lacked natural light due to the tiny windows, making it feel a bit dark.

We stayed at a hotel located close to Hoan Kiem lake, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable with a large terrace that offered a great view of the city. The staff were exceptional, always ready to assist with any queries and provided excellent service. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic selection of items, including the best pho we had during our trip. The hotel's French Provincial style decoration added a touch of elegance.

We also appreciated the great breakfast provided, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

While there were many positive aspects to our stay, there were a few things that could be improved. the fitness center was quite small and could benefit from additional equipment or a separate area for cardio machines.

Our Grand Terrace Suite room on the eighth floor was outstanding, with a spacious terrace complete with sun loungers and outdoor furniture. the room itself was comfortable, with a super comfortable bed, cozy bedroom chair, desk and chair, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were exceptional, especially the manager who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was walking distance to numerous attractions, good cafes, and restaurants. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and I loved spending time there. The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, and the overall service provided, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, was top-notch.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. It exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I cannot wait to visit again.
