I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, as it is directly opposite the beach. I enjoyed leisurely walks and refreshing swims every day. The service here is top-notch, with the staff always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and given helpful tips about the city. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the extra touches like the welcome drink and afternoon tea. The spa was a haven of relaxation, and the massage was absolutely perfect. This place truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service.

My recent stay at the Monarque Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well taken care of and pampered. The staff at this hotel are exceptional - from the guards outside to the front desk and wait staff, everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Aliyah, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She was always there with helpful tips and assistance, even personally picking us up from the airport. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and the hotel even offered free shuttle service to the airport. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a beautiful beach just across the street. It's also surrounded by many fantastic restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The staff provide outstanding service and are always willing to help. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, with a variety of delicious options. The hotel also offers afternoon tea, a lovely touch with a tempting spread of desserts, fruit, tea, and sandwiches.

The water flow in the shower could be stronger.

The customer service was fantastic, with attentive and helpful staff. the buffet breakfast and afternoon tea had a wide selection of high-quality food. the spa was clean and enjoyable. the rooms had cable TV and modern bathrooms. Plus, the hotel had a great location, with a beautiful beach just steps away.

It would have been better if there were walk-in showers instead of showers in the bath. it was unfortunate to be placed next to family rooms, as the noise from children can be disruptive.

During my Easter holiday, I had an incredible experience staying at a hotel by the beach. the hotel offered complimentary welcome drinks and afternoon tea which were quite enjoyable. the rooms were stylish and very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. the location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and beach activities. I also enjoyed using the pool and relaxing at the skybar.

The safety deposit box was inconveniently located on the floor and not easily accessible for seniors or disabled individuals. there was some construction noise nearby that went on until late in the evening, which disrupted my sleep.
