The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. I was delighted to find a kettle and tea bags provided in my room, a thoughtful touch. The mini bar rates were also reasonable, allowing me to indulge without breaking the bank. Additionally, the washrooms were nice and clean, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

The location of the hotel was nearly perfect, close to the train station and away from tourist traffic. The breakfast offered a great variety of pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cheeses, and meats. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

One outlet didn't work but it wasn't a big issue since there were other outlets available.

We had a great stay at Lilium! Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station. Breakfast was included and offered a great variety of options, including eggs, bacon, and sausages. The room was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The old lift worked fine and wasn't a hassle for us with our luggage. we enjoyed our time at Lilium and would recommend it to others.

Stayed in the heart of a noisy city, so convenient for all the annoying traffic and impatient drivers. Complimentary reception was a riot, mingled with other guests who looked just as tired as I did.

Couldn't sleep for a second with all the noise and the blood-stained duvet, but at least it saved me from sleeping rough on the streets.
