stayed at Moevenpick Villas and was thoroughly disappointed. the staff seemed clueless, and getting basic info was like pulling teeth. couldn’t even find a decent spot by the pool because it was full of screaming kids. nearly considered leaving a positive review, but I just couldn’t.

The beachfront villa with its stunning views and private pool was a dream! The staff was incredibly attentive, making our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

Incredible breakfast and stunning private beach area.

certain moments where attention to detail seemed lacking, especially with cleaning schedules. We faced issues with the room not being cleaned until late in the day several times. The beach location is beautiful, but cleanliness could be improved.

We had a fantastic group trip! The staff made us feel like family, and the accommodations were great. We loved visiting the safari zoo and Vinpearl. The resort offered a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi, which was super convenient. Highly recommend for a chill getaway!

Our stay had its hiccup when we switched villas due to noise issues. It was disappointing as we were really looking forward to some peaceful nights.

Our beachfront villa was gorgeous, waking up to the ocean view was magical! Food at the restaurants was top-notch, but housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. I'd still return!

My stay at this resort was fantastic, especially with its proximity to the phu quoc gallery of contemporary art just 2.5 km away and the beautiful csa can beach a short drive away at 4.5 km, making it easy to enjoy both culture and relaxation during my walk through the area. the spacious rooms and private beach added to a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and as a bonus, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

staying at moevenpick villas & residences was a joy! the beach was just steps away and the multiple swimming pools offered great options. our villa was spacious and modern. The infinity pool view was breathtaking. bryan, our butler, was incredibly attentive and made everything easy for us.

Housekeeping could be more timely. they sometimes came a bit late.

Had lunch at that restaurant with an amazing view, the Vietnamese fusion dishes were to die for! You wouldn't believe how attentive the staff was, we barely had to ask for anything, they just knew what we needed!

During my stay, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet offered every morning. I also explored the private beach area that was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff made me feel like family throughout my time there, which really added to the experience. I loved being in an environment where I could throw on country music and unwind. This trip was a great escape from my routine back in Rome.
