The staff are fantastic, the property is small and private. The villas are spacious, well maintained and beautiful. The food is very good with a nice variety of dishes. The sundowners are excellent and the cocktails superb. Facilities at sister properties can be utilized.

The hotel was located in a picturesque setting, with stunning views of the ocean and an enjoyable private beach. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with good amenities.

The food choices were limited, and some of them were not very appetizing. the quality of the food was not what we were expecting.

The Palms is located on the east coast of Zanzibar, right on a long beach dotted with hotels. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with amenities provided. The service is impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and a la carte lunch, as well as afternoon tea and sundowner cocktails. The beach, cabanas, and views are stunning, and tropical drinks are delivered to guests. Guests can also use the amenities of neighboring hotels.

There is a lack of exciting water sports and bigger restaurants at The Palms.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive needs. the beautiful huts were spacious, well-maintained and equipped with extravagant amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, catering to my culinary needs with their delicious special diet menus. the outdoor swimming pool, garden area, and massage services added to the serene relaxation of the beachfront location.

The only minor issue was that the beach was not as clean as expected, but even this did not detract from the overall incredible experience at this hotel.
