Enjoyed the great location, as it is close to the Sun World amusement park, and the food street, making everything easily accessible by foot. the room was comfortable, with lovely views, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The lack of soundproofing in the room was an issue as I could hear the loud music playing in the corridors, and the noise from neighboring rooms. the absence of a balcony made it hard to enjoy the fresh air, and it wasn't possible to regulate the temperature inside.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the road from Sunworld Ha Long Complex and near a food street, making it easy to access various attractions and dining options. Guests can enjoy the stunning view from their rooms and indulge in a delicious breakfast spread in the morning. The facilities, such as the spa and jacuzzi, provide a chance for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The staff's lack of knowledge about the laundry service and the misleading information about the price left us feeling ripped off and annoyed.

I recently stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre and had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right across the road from Sunworld Ha Long Complex. I loved being able to explore the food street and other attractions within walking distance. The room itself was comfortable and had a great view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel's facilities were top-notch. I would definitely recommend staying at Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre for a great stay in Ha Long.

the exclusive amenities provided were outstanding, especially the Spa & wellness centre, where we indulged in a full body massage and other beauty treatments. the live entertainment at night was delightful. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered private and special diet menus, which were delicious.

the hotel staff were very helpful in resolving the issue and we were compensated for the inconvenience caused.
