I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. Nam Long provided bicycles for free and motorbikes at a cheap price. They even organized tours to Phong Nha with free transfers. the quadruple room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the tall ceilings and large windows added to the room's ambiance. the staff spoke English well and were extremely caring, even helping my mom buy medicine. They offer various tours at reasonable prices. the hotel offers great value for money and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location, close to the river and within walking distance of the beach. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the tour offered by the hotel was a highlight, providing transportation, food, and a visit to the caves.

The lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience, especially since our room was on the 6th floor. the hotel staff's communication about checking out and accommodating other guests was unprofessional and disappointing.

We had an amazing stay at Nam Long Hotel in Dong Hoi. The hotel is small but very comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. They even booked an excellent cave tour for us and arranged for us to rent a scooter. The location is great, right by the sea and in a quiet street. We also appreciated the early check-in and the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. a fantastic experience at Nam Long.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Dong Hoi. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, exceeding our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the great location, with plenty of restaurants and the river within walking distance. The hotel even arranged to have our forgotten clothes brought to us after our tour. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food.

We had a great stay at a well-located hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast, though not included, was delicious and reasonably priced. The only minor issues were the limited hot water in the shower and weak WiFi. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience at Nam Long Hotel! The staff were amazing, speaking excellent English and making us feel at home. They even accommodated my gluten-free diet with a delicious bowl of pho and provided a plate of fresh mango and banana. The breakfast options were plentiful and affordable, and they gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel also had a convenient location, allowing us to park and wash our bicycles in their garage across the street. a fantastic stay!

I booked at Nam Long Hotel but was walked to Nam Long Plus Hotel, their sister hotel. Courteous staff. Booked cave tours, left backpack for the day, showered after check-out, and lounged until my sleeper bus arrived. Great experience. Excellent central location. Slept in reception until room was ready. Large room with big windows. Good breakfast. Good restaurants nearby. Staff fantastic. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Hired motorbike to explore Ke Bang national park. Highly recommend Nam Long. Nice hotel in great location. Best room with small but clean facilities. Massive balcony with river views. Good breakfast. For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony with a view of the main square. The location was great, with restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist us with everything we needed.

The breakfast menu could use a little more variety, but overall it was still enjoyable.
