my recent stay at this resort was fantastic! the staff were super friendly and really made my time here special, especially compared to my last visit in da nang. the pool and spa facilities were amazing and truly exceeded my expectations during my walks in the hills.

breakfast quality was disappointing overall.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a resort located on the most beautiful beach in that area of the world. The location was perfect, allowing me easy access to most places or supermarkets on that stretch. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the ocean, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and attentive to my needs. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I enjoyed taking advantage of the resort's facilities, such as the massage center and pool.

I did encounter one negative aspect during my stay, as some staff members were rude and badly trained.

The facilities were excellent - clean pool, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. The staff was responsive and the water pressure in the shower was good. Coffee and drinks were flavorful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Ideal for a peaceful vacation.

Private pool villa was amazing, provided a truly relaxing experience. the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. - the location was great, positioned conveniently between two popular destinations.

The open space design of some rooms was not practical or cozy. The drinks, including water and sodas, were very expensive.

Luxury, exclusive amenities and great service make this an excellent getaway. the Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including a Turkish bath and outdoor swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers on the sun terrace. the restaurant has outdoor dining areas with live entertainment and BBQ facilities.

While the atmosphere is relaxing and the hotel provides quality care, some guests may find the Beach access limited as It's not beachfront property. considering the other exclusive facilities and services offered at this venue, It hardly makes a difference in guest satisfaction.

The beach was stunning and we enjoyed relaxing on the loungers. the spa was a highlight, with good massages and facilities. the breakfast had a nice variety of food.

The room walls were very thin, which made for a noisy experience with music from nearby clubs and noise from neighboring rooms. the gym didn't have the equipment requested.

Memorable stay at Naman Retreat

I had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Naman. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so friendly and hospitable. I want to give a special shoutout to Chau, our Ambassador, for his kindness and excellent service. The hotel was fully booked but he still went out of his way to make our stay special. The massage was also amazing, although it was a bit difficult to make a spa reservation due to the high demand. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool villa was perfect for a romantic getaway. I had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Naman Retreat to others.
