I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, as it is situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the historical sites and attractions in the center of Saigon. I loved being able to explore the vibrant district one by foot, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for me to try out the local cuisine.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Staff is attentive, serving restaurant-like breakfast. Clean and well-maintained, located in a safe area. Fast check-in/out process, with complimentary beer and coffee. Great value and location for exploring tourist attractions on foot.

Great sized rooms and fantastic breakfast with plenty to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring and we enjoyed being within walking distance of several key attractions.

Poor customer service and management that didn't seem to care about guests. We experienced a number of issues with communication and staff not knowing the details of packages they were selling.
