We had a fantastic view from our room on the 27th floor. The spectacular scenery made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, especially Loan Nguyen and Doa The Hien who provided excellent assistance. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food at the restaurant was of good quality.

The pool area and executive lounge were impressive. Great views of the Han River. Clean and modern rooms with great views. Friendly and helpful staff. Top-notch location.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay! Staff surprised us with personalized stockings and a delicious holiday meal. Location was perfect right near the beach with a breathtaking view of the city. Plus, we loved the pool and gym facilities.

Some of the staff at the hotel bar were not friendly and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. the room was a little small and could have offered more amenities.

The hotel is located in an area not close to any convenience stores, which means guests would need to take a taxi to the local shopping center to buy water or other necessities. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning and the bathrooms are clean with adjustable showers. The staff provides excellent customer service and is always willing to help. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options. The hotel also has fantastic facilities such as a pool, gym, and spa.
