We had a fantastic view from our room on the 27th floor. The spectacular scenery made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, especially Loan Nguyen and Doa The Hien who provided excellent assistance. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food at the restaurant was of good quality.

The pool area and executive lounge were impressive. Great views of the Han River. Clean and modern rooms with great views. Friendly and helpful staff. Top-notch location.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay! Staff surprised us with personalized stockings and a delicious holiday meal. Location was perfect right near the beach with a breathtaking view of the city. Plus, we loved the pool and gym facilities.

Some of the staff at the hotel bar were not friendly and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. the room was a little small and could have offered more amenities.

the staff provided 5-star quality service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. They took care of me when I had a fever, checking on me, arranging medical support, and even providing porridge and extra water. They surprised my mother with a complimentary birthday cake slice for her 77th birthday. the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the city, river, and ocean. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet had a large selection, and the pool and gym were great amenities. If you're visiting Ba Na Hills, Novotel offers special deals and can help you with tickets. Giang from the executive lounge staff made sure our trip to Sunworld was perfect.
