We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and markets. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, with a stunning view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff here are exceptional, always attentive and friendly. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options available. The hotel even has its own section on the beach with free chairs for guests to use. we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Outstanding Service!

The location was fantastic, with a quiet beach just across the street and excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, remembering our names and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious, modern, and had breathtaking views of the beach. The hotel's private beach chairs and assistance in crossing the road were great perks.

Our stay at Novotel in Nha Trang was great value for money - comfortable rooms and an amazing view of the sea. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff, especially Dai, Tu, Ngoc.

The breakfast experience could have been improved.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the airport, making it perfect for those who are about to depart. It is also in close proximity to the beach, allowing guests to easily reach the sandy shores and enjoy the sun and sea. Not to mention, there are numerous eateries around, providing plenty of dining options for guests to choose from.

The pool area of the hotel is not ideal as it is sheltered from the sun and there is ongoing construction work nearby, which may disrupt the peace and tranquility.

Outstanding Service!

I arrived at the hotel early after a long train journey and the staff went above and beyond to check me in at 9am, when check-in time was 2pm. They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony and beach view! The rooms were lovely, with a king-size bed and a sunken shower with great pressure. The spa was amazing and the treatments were top-notch. One of the best things was that they allowed me to use the facilities even after I checked out, including the shower in the spa. The security guy was also fantastic, helping guests across the busy street to the private beach. The only slight downside was the breakfast, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and wonderful staff.

Beachfront hotel with great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, accessible by foot. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. The gym and spa facilities were not crowded, which meant no waiting for machines or treatments. The staff was courteous and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.

There were some issues during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, which caused discomfort during the hot weather.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower with mosaic tiles. The hotel staff, especially Mr. T at reception, were friendly and provided excellent service. The first floor restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements. our expectations were met and we had a great experience.

our recent stay at novotel nha trang was exceptional. staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing umbrellas, dinner reservations, even offering a doctor's appointment. the room had a breathtaking view of the beaches, and they were well-prepared for our baby's needs.

Disappointing food quality.

We absolutely loved staying at Novotel Nha Trang. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Nha Trang's beautiful beach. We enjoyed being just a short walk away from shopping malls and the night market. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The deluxe double room we stayed in was quiet and nicely decorated. The bed was soft and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel provided 24 beach chairs, half of which were usually unoccupied, giving us plenty of space to relax. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking view. As parents, we were happy to find that they provided a baby cot for our toddler. Novotel Nha Trang was our favorite hotel during our trip to Vietnam.

We felt absolutely spoilt during our stay at Novotel Nha Trang. There was nothing to complain about.
