They recommended amazing restaurants and must-visit places. The bed in my room was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in, even by Asian standards. The hotel even arranged transportation for me and delivered a packed lunch to the airport. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and attentive staff.

The room size was quite small, but that seems to be a common feature of hotels in the area. Limited view from the room, but it wasn't a major concern as we were more focused on enjoying the sunlight.

The location was amazing, close to local night markets, restaurants, and landmarks. The facilities, including the rooftop bar with views across the lake, were perfect. Highly recommend this hotel, we will book again on our return from Ha Long.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I felt impressed by the kind staff that offered me a welcome drink and quickly took me to my room. The hotel’s location here at the Old Quarter market is amazing, as I was able to enjoy the local restaurants nearby and Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a leisure spa & wellness centre with a sauna, body scrub, massage, and other beauty treatments. Plus, the staff are all very friendly, especially Mia who showed her warm hospitality to us with outstanding service.

Highly recommended to all my friends travelling to this city.
