The front desk staff, particularly Laquinta, provided excellent advice on local attractions and even booked our tours for us. The hotel had a well-lit, gated parking lot that was free to use. Our spacious and clean room had everything in working order, although it had a slight musty smell. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to the French Quarter for easy access, but far enough away for a peaceful night's rest. Breakfast consisted of grab and go pastries and bottled drinks, and the pool was clean and refreshing.

The parking at the hotel was good and easy, with excellent lighting in the parking lot. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was good. Additionally, the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, providing good customer service.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaking sink and a broken toilet set. The chairs in the sitting area were old and lacked cushioning, making them uncomfortable.
