Our stay at Oakwood Residence was absolutely fantastic! The studio apartment exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and excellent amenities. The large bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the bedding was unbelievably soft. The shower had great water pressure and the choice between rain and normal showerheads was a nice touch. We loved having a washer/dryer with complimentary washing powder, and the climate controlled aircon was a dream. The swimming pool on the 5th floor offered a stunning city view and the complimentary towels were a thoughtful touch. The hotel's restaurant/bar, ABV, had friendly staff and served delicious food and drinks. We will definitely be seeking out Oakwood Residence for future travels. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities were outstanding, from the perfectly maintained outdoor swimming pool, to the well-equipped gym and sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Our room advantages were impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and a large balcony with magnificent city views.

We had just one minor issue with the service at this hotel. the restaurant area was sometimes understaffed, which caused a delay in serving times.

Spent Xmas in a really cool place! Loved how well-equipped our studio apartment was - they even had a torch and tissue box. the bedding was super soft and comfortable, and the free toiletries were a plus. the washer/dryer with complimentary washing powder was a godsend, and the climate-controlled aircon was perfect. Loved the swimming pool on the 5th floor and the city view! the friendly staff at the restaurant/bar downstairs were amazing too.

The lack of dishwashing soap or cloths to wash up. And car access to the hotel was a bit tricky, but nothing major.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right next to a big shopping center. Guests can easily access the mall for shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it extremely convenient. Moreover, the accommodation is equipped with modern facilities, such as a washer/dryer with complimentary washing powder and a climate-controlled air conditioning system. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding.

The breakfast options for vegetarians need improvement.
