I recently stayed in a penthouse suite at a hotel in downtown Victoria. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the harbor and a great restaurant right across the street. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked kitchenette. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the hot water and water pressure were both excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was even a small fitness room for guests to use.

There were some issues with noise from neighboring rooms.

For the price we paid, the value was incredible. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-maintained bathroom and up-to-date features. The hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks from the harbor and within walking distance of great food and wine stores. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the underground parking was a bonus.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more washcloths and tea towels for guests to clean their own dishes.

The suite I stayed in was beautifully appointed with great amenities and decor. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service was top-notch and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the room had an amazing view. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, with many attractions within easy walking distance. The hotel was in a quieter residential area, so it was very walkable but also situated in a quiet area. The staff was accommodating and took special efforts to seek feedback for how they could improve. They even honored our request to have the sofa bed made ahead of time with a mattress topper. We appreciated the many room amenities including the electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and kitchenette.

It is also just a short distance away from the main attractions of the city, allowing guests to easily explore all the sites of Victorian Victoria. the hotel is close to Victoria's inner harbour, providing beautiful views and a tranquil setting. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely corner room filled with windows offering exceptional quietness at night. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service provided by the friendly check-in desk staff is top-notch. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities such as underground parking, a mini kitchenette, and a desk, providing convenience and comfort for guests.

Construction noise from an adjacent empty building starting early in the morning may be disruptive for light sleepers.

Our one-bedroom suite was spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just block away from restaurants and attractions. They were very dog friendly and provided us with everything we needed for our furry friend. we had an excellent stay at Oswego.

The studio suite was spacious, modern, tasteful, and clean. The room had a huge bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and stunning views of Victoria. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the amenities were lovely, including free parking for guests.

The hotel did not have air conditioning, which could be problematic during hot summer nights.

The room had a nice decor and we enjoyed the view of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, they even gave us complimentary wine and chocolates. the hotel was located close to many restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.

The room lacked proper sound-proofing, so we were disturbed by noise from the street and other hotel guests. we didn't feel that the hotel provided good value for the price we paid.
