The location of this resort is absolutely stunning. It is situated on a pier, allowing for breathtaking views of the beach and the crystal-clear water. The resort is surrounded by lush, manicured gardens, creating a tropical oasis feel. The rooms are beautifully designed, with four-poster beds, outdoor bathrooms, and a veranda to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The language barrier can be a bit challenging as the staff's English proficiency is limited.

We had the best Christmas ever at this stunning resort! the atmosphere was incredible, with lush tropical grounds and beautiful rooms. the complementary yoga classes in the morning and friendly staff were top-notch, always maintaining the place and looking after our comfort. the location was perfect, with a private beach and gorgeous pool to spend the day lounging by. We also loved the complementary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of European and Vietnamese food options.

The food quality could have been better, so we ended up going out for most of our meals. the doors in the rooms were not closing properly and the entrance door needed a curtain to prevent the morning light from waking us up too early.

The hotel boasts luxurious amenities such as a beautiful garden full of flowering trees and wooden rooms that made me feel like I was staying in a luxury treehouse. the spa lounge and massage services were top-notch and the infinity pool had a great view of the beach.

The room lacked a little privacy and the service wasn't as attentive as I expected. Although I received a full body massage and access to exclusive private facilities, the restaurant was lacking in variety and the beach umbrellas were not always easily accessible.

My stay at Ocean Bay Resort was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, nestled in a lush jungle and right on the beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a stunning outdoor bathroom. The pool and private beach were simply breathtaking, and I couldn't get enough of the picturesque views. The staff, especially Mr. Tuong at the reception, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options, both European and Vietnamese. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel was fantastic overall, there were a few minor issues. The doors in the rooms didn't close properly, which was a bit annoying.

the villa we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities, including the pool and spa, were fantastic. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Khanh, Trang, and Truong were especially friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and Vietnamese options, and the beach, pool, and garden were all kept pristine. we had a wonderful time and would love to come back again!

The jungle bungalow was spacious, clean, and comfy. Beautiful landscaping and private beach. Nice swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast options and Vietnamese cuisine. Complimentary birthday decorations and cake.
