The staff was incredibly helpful and provided all the necessary information before my arrival. The comfortable bed and ambient lighting added to the relaxing atmosphere. The eco-friendly approach, with solar panels providing electricity, was a big plus for me. I also appreciated the complimentary bikes for exploring the area. I highly recommend this unique and tranquil experience.

I highly recommend Pepem Holistic Experience Villa for a chic and intimate getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at Pepem Holistic Experience. The location is perfect, as it is close to all the beautiful cenotes in the area. The unique and stunning rooms added to the overall charm of the hotel. The pool was absolutely beautiful, although I made sure to wear bug spray. The hotel staff, especially Diego, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Plus, the free bike rentals made it convenient to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for a special and unique experience.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. Additionally, the lack of measures in place to alleviate the extreme heat made it uncomfortable at times.

The jungle location of this hidden gem was mind-blowing! We loved the seclusion from the beach zone bustle and the jaw-droppingly beautiful accommodations. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The yoga shala was a pure pleasure, and the food, prepared by the Chef, was absolutely delicious.
