I had a magnificent stay at a hotel in Hue. the staff provided a warm welcome and complimentary coffee and snacks upon arrival. They also arranged transportation to Hoi An and Nha Trang, and recommended a great restaurant. the room was modern, clean, and spacious with all the necessary amenities. the complimentary fruit basket was a delightful surprise. the friendly and helpful staff made this a memorable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything I needed. It was very close to the river walk, which made it convenient for me to visit the Citadel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and clean room that had a jacuzzi. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, assisting me with arranging tours and giving me recommendations on the best places to go in this city. Moreover, the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options and freshly made juices. I definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and wonderful staff.

They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a room with a stunning view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they even provided takeaway boxes for us to enjoy breakfast on our early train ride. The staff, especially Thuy and An, were friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel had great amenities, including a desktop computer and reliable wifi. We highly recommend Orchid for a pleasant and convenient stay in the area.

Nice Welcome, Central Location and Good Breakfast. Arrived on time, we were welcomed with drinks and fruit. the hotel is located in a central area and very close to the citadel. We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh fruit and different options to choose from. we appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, which made for a comfortable stay.

No Swimming Pool and Lack of Amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was not perfect as the hotel was missing a swimming pool, which would have been appreciated during the hotter days.

I especially appreciated the staff learning my name and the convenient location of the hotel, within walking distance of restaurants and the Citadel. Despite being in a vibrant area with bars and restaurants, I had no trouble sleeping on the 7th floor thanks to the provided ear plugs and excellent air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
