We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with bedsheets so clean and no particles of hairs or dust. It was the cleanest hotel we have stayed at in various cities. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Westfield and AMC Theatre. It felt safe to walk around at night, although there were a few homeless people nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff, especially Malte, were extremely friendly and helpful. The warm welcome made us feel right at home. The hotel also had valet parking, which was convenient. we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This hotel offers incredible convenience, being located directly outside the Samariterstrasser U-Bahn tube stop. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, and the staff are helpful and attentive. The prices are great, especially considering the location in an interesting part of the city.

The hotel's location was perfect, right next to public transportation and in a cool area with plenty of cafes and a market. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even allowed me to use the storage room for free when I went to another city.

The shower in the room was pretty nice and the location was great. The hotel was next to a metro station which made exploring the city easy. there were many bars and restaurants in the area which was a plus. The heating in the room was also decent.

The hotel was pretty basic and lacked amenities. The room did not have a kettle or coffee maker which was a disappointment.
