The staff was amazing, committed, and friendly. Great tour in Hà Long Bay. Beautiful scenery, caves, and beach. Kayaking and monkey watching was a highlight. Karaoke night and Tai chi at sunrise were enjoyable. Abundant and excellent food. Free upgrade to Starlight Cruise.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel's facilities and services were fantastic. We were impressed by the beautiful and comfortable rooms, and the attentive staff who ensured that we had a wonderful stay. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions and key travel routes. One advantage we particularly enjoyed was the delicious local cuisine, which was served daily and offered a great variety of options.

There were a few negative aspects which detracted from our Christmas experience. the hotel lacked some basic amenities, such as complimentary drinks and beverages, which we felt should have been included in the pricing.
