The hotel's location was definitely its biggest selling point. I was surprised to find that it was only blocks away from the convention center and the downtown area, which was wonderful to explore. The rooms had great lighting and a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was nice. Breakfast was fine, with a decent variety of items. The lobby was clean and had a nice layout. The staff were helpful and polite.

The elevator wait times were excessive.

Everything was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The lobby was attractive and inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. the staff greeted us warmly and were helpful during our stay. the hotel is conveniently located in Historic old town, within walking distance to the convention center and a block away from the Mississippi River.

There were random extra fees, such as a $5.00 charge for data usage, that were not communicated to us upon check-in. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had informed us about these additional charges.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn in La Crosse. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve a forgotten item from my room and promptly shipped it to me. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and the riverfront. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for the whole family. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in La Crosse.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at a nice new hotel with a great staff. The rooms were average in size but had all the standard amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the TV was large. We appreciated having a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room, making it convenient for us to enjoy leftovers from the nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with many restaurants, pubs, and specialty coffee and sweet shops within a short, safe walk. Additionally, there was a great organic market nearby and the famous World's Largest Six Pack just a few blocks away. The only drawbacks were occasional smells from the nearby brewery and some road noise. Despite these minor issues, we would definitely choose to stay here again. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Got a complementary breakfast and afternoon snack. Great city break spot, close to main attractions and shopping areas. the room was larger than expected and had a comfortable bed.

The walls were thin and we could hear the people in the room next door. the street noise was loud at times, making it difficult to sleep.
