Personalized and attentive service

We had a fantastic stay at Paradise Hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff and offered an early check-in. Ms. Lai, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When we needed to find a pharmacy, she not only gave us directions but even offered to lend us her bike to ensure we got there safely. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee with milk. The hotel also displayed exceptional honesty and integrity when they found and returned my lost scarf. The level of personalized and attentive service we received truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were always ready to assist us with any travel plans or arrangements we needed, and their English skills were excellent. It was refreshing to experience such genuine hospitality from a local family.

All was great during our stay.

The hotel is strategically located close to the cave and offers a cheap room price. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The staff was kind and allowed me to shower after my business meeting as I got soaked under the rain.

The mattress was soft, which might not suit everyone's preference. , the children at the reception were quite noisy, which slightly disturbed the peace and quiet of the hotel.
