The hotel's central location and beautiful colonial building make it a great spot to stay. Staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. A key advantage was being close to the main square and other attractions.

The room was small, the bathroom was a little run down, and the window looked out onto the corridor with a thin curtain. our arrival experience was unpleasant with an unattended locked front door and dirty sheets on our bed.

The central location of El Cid Plaza Premium was perfect for exploring. The colonial building was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.
