I had an incredible stay at Paradise Elegance Cruise in Ha Long. The luxury bus from Hanoi was worth every minute, and the hotel in the port was a perfect starting point for the cruise. The warm welcome and smiles from the crew made me feel immediately at home. The meals were delicious and fresh, especially the evening dinner on the open air. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a colonial luxury interior. The activities were well-organized and I highly recommend visiting the cave. an unforgettable experience.

While the food was tasty, it would have been nice to have a vegetarian option on the dinner menu. It would also be great if basic drinks like soft drinks, water, and coffee were free of charge during meals.

The cruise took us to less crowded areas and allowed us to truly experience the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They ensured our needs were met and made us feel welcome. The dining room offered a pleasant setting for meals, and the food was decent during lunch.

The wifi on board was very slow, but considering our location, it was expected.

From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of with a comfortable transfer and welcoming staff. the room we booked was spacious and clean, with a lovely private balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the food was delicious. the variety of activities offered catered to everyone's preferences, and we particularly enjoyed the cocktail happy hour and live music in the evenings. it was an unforgettable experience.

paradise elegance cruise halong exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in ha long. the staff was welcoming, the cruise was well-organized, and the room was luxurious and in perfect condition. the food was also delicious, and i felt pampered throughout my entire stay. highly recommended!

Price was unfair for the experience.

During my thanksgiving vacation, I quite enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had its own restaurant. the location of the hotel was simply amazing, with beautiful views of nature around. I also loved the comfortable bed in my room which helped me get a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff was not very helpful and did not make me feel welcome. the price of the hotel was quite expensive compared to the poor facilities offered.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, attentive and welcoming. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, made our stay even more luxurious. the full body massage and foot massage were both relaxing and rejuvenating. the restaurant offered a wide selection of delicious food, including special diet menus, which catered for all our dietary needs. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the private facilities made us feel like VIPs. the magnificent sun terrace offered stunning views, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks during the day or evening.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of live entertainment during the day. Although the leisure/TV room was enjoyable, we felt that there were too many opportunities for downtime.
