This hotel was a little piece of heaven. The view of the pool and lake was breathtaking, the rooms spacious and very clean, and the service provided by the staff was fantastic. The amenities were basic but good, and the breakfast, although limited in choice, was beautifully cooked and diverse. The prices for activities and meals were reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions.

The lunch and dinner menu could have been improved in terms of taste, but the vegetarian burger was amazing!

The staff surprised us with wine and dessert during dinner, making our honeymoon even more special. The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, especially for vegetarians and vegans. We can't wait to come back! we highly recommend this hotel.

The Lake House Resort in Phong Nha offers a wonderful stay for solo travelers. The location is perfect, with quick access to the National Park and the main village. The resort is situated right next to a picturesque lake, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcomed and attended to. In addition, the resort offers a range of activities, such as bike rides and cave trips, allowing solo travelers to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

The kitchen at the resort can be a bit slow, leading to longer wait times for food.

I had a fantastic stay at the Lake House Resort. the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was exceptional. the best part of my experience was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex. They were always smiling and willing to assist with anything. the warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel like I was coming home. Thank you for such a fantastic start to my trip!

stayed at this beautiful lakefront bungalow for two nights. Huge rooms, delicious food, and reasonably priced wine. The staff were great at explaining tour options, and the 4km paradise cave trip was a highlight of our Vietnam trip! They even arranged airport pick up and transfer to Hue.

This hotel is located on a beautiful lake with a great view. The rooms are comfortable and come with an amazing view over the lake. The staff is cheerful and friendly, making you feel really welcomed. The breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy it while admiring the lovely view of the lake.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. They helped us book a tour and made sure everything went smoothly. The restaurant at the hotel was also a highlight, with delicious food and a convenient dining option. The calm and tranquil surroundings of the hotel, as well as the beautiful pool, provided the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The only downside we experienced was that the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions. However, the hotel offers free bike rentals and also organizes day tours with pick-up from the hotel, so this was not a major issue.

I had a great time at the resort. The location was glorious with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff at Lake House Resort were very friendly and helpful, especially the man at reception. The rooms were spacious and well decorated, and we were able to access them early in the morning. The resort also provided bicycles for us to explore the nearby village for free. They organized transportation to and from the airport/train station and offered exciting excursions. Additionally, the food and cocktails at the restaurant were delicious.

Helpful team with great local knowledge for sightseeing. Onsite amenities include a restaurant, pool, and a lake for swimming and canoeing.
