We loved the facilities, location, and building of this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The pool, although small, was nice. The hotel provided free umbrellas and bicycle rentals. Alex gave us excellent service and made us feel looked after.

The value for money at Dream City Hotel was excellent - we got a spacious and clean room, along with free bike hire and a shuttle bus to the airport. The location was great, just a short walk away from Old Town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. They provided transparent information and assisted us in organizing affordable trips to nearby attractions and even recommended a great vegetarian restaurant just across the street.

The location of the hotel was perfect - it was close enough to the hustle and bustle of the old city, but situated on a quiet street, allowing for a relaxing sleep. Within a five-minute walk, I could easily access the main strip of shops and the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the spacious room had all the necessary facilities, including a kettle, hair dryer, and toiletries. The breakfast provided was large and tasty, offering a great start to the day.
